Efficient NP-80 Vacuum Pump | Explosion-Proof Vapor Recovery for Fuel Dispensers 

The NP-80 vacuum pump is specially designed for fuel dispensers at gas stations. It features an explosion-proof structure certified as EX d IIA T3 Gb and EX c IIA T3 Gb with approval number CNEx17.3680. The pump ensures safe and efficient vapor recovery with a maximum flow rate of 60 liters per minute and a vacuum degree up to minus 0.04 MPa.

Operating at 36 volts DC and 72 watts of power, it offers low noise performance under 60 decibels and high energy efficiency. Its compact design includes integrated flame arresters on both inlet and outlet sides to safely handle explosive vapor-air mixtures.

The system allows precise electronic control of vapor recovery flow, independent of fuel dispensing. With a wide working temperature range from minus 40 to 60 degrees Celsius and an IP55 protection level, the NP-80 is ideal for stable and durable use in demanding environments.
